I love newegg. Here is the problem I am in the Navy and live on a ship. It is so much trouble to have things mailed to me.Plus newegg gets my on sales tax now that I live in CA.

I know that you sailors get to shop at that taxfree outlet on base, so maybe they have computer parts or can get them? I have no idea, but you could check that out as well.

The tax free store you metioned is very limited in the computer section. I have heard some talk of mwave.com any comments on them. Tehy are within driving distence of me.

They have <A HREF="http://www.resellerratings.com/seller_info.pl?seller_id=2089" target="_new">good ratings</A>, but will they let you shop offline? Their prices are a bit more than Newegg.com, but if you can avoid the shipping charges I might even consider them. I'll check out their site and see if it says anything.

$5 to pick it up. Just be careful since some of their items are a bit expensive compared to newegg. It won't work for me since that's 115 miles away though.

maybe san diego have a fry's theya re ussually great. check out the nearby fry's and be happy

Frys is off of the 15 at Aero Drive. I really don't recommend them at all. Their people are complete morons and their prices are not good. The only time Frys is good is if you get lucky and find a good package deal. I have yet to find a good deal, but people on the forum claim a good deal here and there. I'd seriously try to avoid them if you can. Don't ever ask a question there that you don't know the answer to.
