Sanitising a Windows 10 Laptop before gifting to a family member.

Hi,

I am looking to gift a laptop to a family member. I have just run the windows 10 refresh for the anniversary update on it selecting the save "no previous data" option.

I have logged in with my Microsoft account to configure opting out of some of Microsoft's more egregious data slurps and installed Sophos Home (Free) Antivirus software and an instance of my licenced Malware Anti Bytes.

Is there a crib sheet on how I can transfer ownership to another user and removing my "footprint" from the system?

I would rather not be in a position where I have to share my passwords in order to allow someone else to configure aspects of the (gifted) machine.

Few things to use:

Ccleaner of course.
Delete all the files in personal folders as well as links in Favorites folder and from browsers.
Passwords and accounts you can change before giving computer away.
