Hello everybody,
I have a computer with the following configuration:
Intel® Core ™ i5-4570
Sapphire Radeon R7 370 NITRO OC 4GB
16GB DDR3
New freshly installed Win10 (nothing else installed) + Current AMD drivers.
It works so far except that the fans of the Graphics card do not start.
Even at temperatures above 60 ° C. The manual fan control does not work either. Even if I set it to 100%, no fan moves.
GPU-Z displays a fan control in % (about 30-40%) but RPM is just a dash -
The card itself runs smoothly. CPU (Prime95 etc.) and GPU stress tests run completely through. The graphics card test I have to cancel at 80 ° C, because I do not want to overheat it. The power supply should therefore not be the problem.
Both fans are completely dust-free and can move freely. The 4Pin connector for the fan power supply is also connected.
So can I assume that both fans are really defective?
Although I can not understand that both have broken at the same time.
