I am not a beginner OC'er and I've fiddled around with GPU's and CPU's. However, I have never actually used an OC on a GPU. Sure I've messed with settings through software just to see what would happen on the GPU, but im ready to actually OC a GPU for everyday use, and want to make sure i can save my settings to the bios. The card im looking at is the PowerColor Devil 13 290X

can any gimme a liink to a program and maybe short tutorial on how to use it effectively. I dont nned to know how to OC, just the BIOS edititng

Solution
1. you don't need to save OC to BIOS for GPUs. you only need to do that for the CPU.
2. any, and all GPU overclocking will be done in windows with MSI afterburner, Sapphire TRiXX etc.
3. PowerColor GPUs are almost always factory overclocked.
4. modding the BIOS of a GPU is not recommended, meaning you can, but that doesn't mean you should.
