Saw this > AMD Athlon 64 3.7GHz 3700

Hello, Curious....When/if ever did AMD make the Athlon 3700 a 3.7GHz original equipment cpu? or is it possible to Overclock one to that number? Thank you in advance

amd atthlon 3700 is of only 2.6ghz.
I have overclocked amd athlon 64 x2 7750 2.7ghz to upto 3.3ghz at stock cooler but is not stable, and at 3.2ghz with moderate stability.
my overclocking software does not allow me to set fsb after 250mhz and multipliyer is locked at 13.5x so it cannot go further speeding.
