Question Says already downloaded on this pc

So I tried to download Discord but it downloaded Microsoft .Net. And I thought it was wrong so i went to task manager and force quited it (should'nt have done that). Now when I try to download Microsoft .net a message saying that it is already downloaded pops up. I tried going into the hkey thing and deleted the folder there but nothing changed. I can't find any folder with the name of it either.

What is the exact error message? exact link on where you try to download?

I tried to download discord and when I downloaded it from there it said that it failed to download the windows .net. When I downloaded it from the official site (Microsoft .net) it said that it was already downloaded.
