Scam Offer from Amazon for 1060?

This 1060 is going for 30$ plus 15$ shipping and handling,
is this an error or is this a scam? It's seller is La Cartouche never heard of them before.

I actually saw the same seller (La Cartouche) earlier today - SSDs for $10 CAD etc.

They have been active on Amazon, on a small scale for >12 months..... so perhaps their storefront has been hacked.

Price is now 416.99 Canadian, so possibly a stock update error, or a hack paid for by a rival seller.
