Scanning and repairing loop

Hello,

So, after restarting my PC because of problems with certain programs installed on the D: drive, I get a constant loop of scanning and repairing and the computer won't boot. I've tried ignoring the scan with chkntfs /x D: and chkntfs/ x C: through the command prompt outside of windows, but it doesn't work. So my question is, how do I cancel this? As the operating system is installed on C:, so booting shouldn't be a problem at all. I also checked if the drives are dirty, turns out that D: is dirty while C: is NOT dirty.

Any help on this matter will be appreciated.

Thank you.

EDIT: So, I've ran CHKDSK manually in CMD to check if any errors showed up. Guess what? Nothing comes up, and the disk seems clean and good to go. I wonder why on earth microsoft has not added a option to clear the dirty bit manually. Now I'm stuck in a endless scanning and repairing loop which, already mentioned, gets stuck. What do I do now?
