Scary Event Viewer

I took a look at Event Viewer today on my XP Pro x86 SP3 machine and I had just a bunch of Errors and Warnings in there. At a glance, they just started happening a few hours ago. I made no changes to the System and I can't find any malware. I tried to run the Properties> MS Support link and that was about useless.
Is there anyone out there that would be willing to work me through this?... I'm afraid I don't have the time for Google research and chasing these things down right now. The machine appears to be functioning fine.

Yes, the event viewer can be very scary if you don't know what is important, and what is not.

Without knowing WHAT the events are, we cannot tell you if you should continue to worry or not.

Here is what I have found in the Event Viewer:
Application-Warning! Category (52) Event (4356)
Category (54) Event (4353)

There are a couple of sporadic Errors and Warnings in the System sector of Event Viewer, also. One issue at a time, I guess.

Double click on an event and post the Source and the Description also.
