Tell what about this build is wrong for gaming (if anything).
Keep in mind that I don't mind performing upgrades (I'm A+ certified all that garbage). But I'd like to avoid it as long as I can. What do the young'ins call it now? "Future proof"
Am I wasting my money on the i7, when a top end i5 will suffice? (There seems to be some controversy about that bit.) And if so, with the savings on the processor I could afford to sport the GTX 780 rather than the R9 280x, and would that be advisable?
