got a new monitor today and i set it up fine, when trying to change it to 120hz i saw that i had to go to nvdia control panel to change it to pc-1920x1080 instead of ultra hd -1920x1080 otherwise i wouldve only got 60hz. but that pc-1920x1080 option wasnt there so i had to set a custom resolution to 1920x1080 so i could reach 120hz. once i activated it my pc then changed the active signal resolution to 1440x900, but when tweaking some active signal resolution settings i saw in 'list all modes' to 1920x1080 -120hz i clicked on it and then my screen went to 1920x1080 at 120hz but it was just really blurry and the active signal resolution sits at 1440x900 while the normal res is at 1920x1080 but when changing it back to 60hz. both active and normal res both sit at 1920x1080 im just really confused why it goes to 1440x900 when i change to 120hz.
