Question Screen flickering .... Is it a problem of GPU or the display?

I'm having a problem with my display it flickers a lot for a hour or more after startup and randomly gets fine until I shut down and appears again after starting it again ... I don't know if the problem is with my GPU or monitor ... Btw I tried to uninstall driver and reinstalled ... But the flickering still remains .... I just made new pc few months ago and used my old monitor .... Which was working totally fine ....

Monitor -samsung Smb2030
CPU -i3 9100f
Gpu-amd rx570
Psu- corsair 550v
