Hi, unfortunately I'm here again. While playing games I've noticed that my screen is flashing. It sometimes happens idle but getting more and more noticable underload. It occurs on different monitors so it's my PC's fault. Does anyone know what might be the issue?

Look in Reliabillity History/Monitor and Event Viewer for error codes, warnings, and even informational events that were logged just before or at the time of the screen flashings.

How old is the PSU? Original to build, new, refurbished, used?

History of heavy use for gaming, video editing, or even bit-mining?

Different monitors - "check".

Different video cables - ???

Power down, unplug, open the case.

Clean out dust and debris.

Verify by sight and feel that all cards, connectors, RAM, jumpers, and case connections are fully and firmly in place.

Use a bright flashlight to inspect for signs of damage.

Overall, increasing numbers of errors and more varying errors make the PSU a likely suspect.

Do you have another PSU that can be swapped in for testing? Remember to use only the cables that come with any given PSU.

And, as always, is all important data backed up at least 2 x to locations away from the problem PC? And are the backups verified as recoverable and readable?

1.Every single part was new.
2.What kind of damage should I look for?
3. I might try taking my pc to my friends house. He has a lot of spare power supplies
