Screen freezing w/ sound and mic functionality for a few seconds, no errors, no BSoD. Help!

At what is seemingly random points while playing games or watching YouTube my:
1. Screen will freeze
2. Sound will continue for a few seconds then hang with a buzzing noise made from the last sound
3. I can tell my friends I'm crashing while the screen is frozen but not sure if they can hear me after the sound goes to a buzz
4. Stayed on buzzing until I hard reset it myself
5. Zero errors in event viewer closely predating the hard reset

I've left it on over night running hardware tests through Dells Support Assist with no crash and left it on all day while at work with no crash.
All hardware came up fine through Support Assist.
After reboot I have an error saying it was unable to create a dumb file.

Turned off SLI moved 1 monitor over to secondary GPU and had a new experience.

1. Screen still freezes (old)
2. Second monitor goes black (new)
3. Sound never hangs or goes to buzzing, but friends cannot hear me
4. Stayed on AND could hear everything until I hard reset it myself.
5. Errors actually predating the hard reset.

Notes:
GPU's never reached over 75c
CPU never reach over 52c

Please help.

Hello sinplistic

If not already done yet, can you please try the following:

Check for and install the updated graphics driver.

Check for and install Windows updates

Check for and update the BIOS.

Run the SFC /SCANNOW Command

Run the CHKDSK C: /R command after opening Command Prompt as administrator.

Thanks for the reply Vive, I think I solved the issue myself. I swapped all my video cords into my second graphics card and did a clean install of the drivers too and so far this has stopped the crashing.

After "solving" the issue I did run your suggested commands and it repaired a few files which is good for the future so thank you for that!
