Question Screen goes all black after starting windows screen and then restarts over and over again

I was playing a videogame and my pc randomly freezes and screen goes full black then it automatically restarts and since then i couldnt get past starting windows screen it just restarts right away. I can use safe mode and i used it for system restore point but it didnt fix my problem.

specs: (pc is very old i really dont know models of my psu and motherboard unfortunately)
Intel pentium 1.80ghz
Nvidia geforxe 7300 gt
2 gb ram
Ssd adata 250 gb
120Wats
Windows 7 32 bits
