Screen goes black for few seconds randomly

I bought a new gtx 750 ti last week .but now when I start playing games with it the screen is blinking ( on and off simultaneously) it keeps getting very often.also I notice some kind of "tears and wears" in display this happens only while gaming .in this case I should have suspect the GPU but previously I had a 730 it had the same problem. I tried swapping monitor ,cables nothing helped .the only problem is I think with the PSU it's a very cheap PSU ,but it still has 24 a in 12 v rail which is ok for gtx 750 ti

i'm using 710 2gb.as i have faced same problem i just remove the casing cover.it got fixed itself.
