Screen jumping

Hello,the screen jumps around - up and down. I've moved the speakers away from the monitor but the problem continues to happen and is extremely annoying. Any other suggestions?

Is there anything else you wish to share so that someone can help you? For example, do you live in an area prone to earthquakes?

Do you hear buzzing coming out of the speakers?
