Hello! I have built a computer recently, it was working fine until it started giving me blue screen (CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED) message. I tought that it was gonna stop after some days. Well it kind of did, but eventually came back. Windows was bought yesterday (it started the black out/blue screen thingy, like crazy, it was hard to get the pc to boot). Today it boots, and the blue screen is gone, but instead when i reset the pc (to test it) it keeps giving me black screen, or it starts having an epileptic seizure (screen goes and come back), and after that whenever i try to reset it again it doesn't work. Please tell me what should i do? (sometimes gives blue screen aswell)

-Yes, i tried giving it a Startup Repair.

-Yes, i tried using the Command Prompt (with yt video), but the commands they used wasn't working for me.

I'm not sure if this is important (prob not), but i say it anyway just in case. A folder called 'DeliveryOptimization'(wich is supposed to be in a windows folder in 'C') appeared in my 'D' Driver. It has Cache in it.

+As i said when i reset the PC once it starts blacking out when i try to turn it on/reset it again, BUT when i turn off the power switch and boot it, it start working perfectly fine again (until i reset it again.)

In my Event Viewer it shows 'Service Control Manager'.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

If I were you, I'd first make sure I've backed up all mission critical content off of your C Drive, then recreate the bootable USB installer for your OS then wipe your OS drive and reinstall the OS in offline mode. Once you've installed all drivers for your platform in an elevated command, you can connect to the www to update the OS.
