Question Screen Prob

When I start my PC, after the Welcome screen the screen blackens only the mouse arrow is visible. After a long time the normal desktop screen appears. How to solve this?

full system spec? include make and model of the psu

check cpu/gpu temp?
malware scan the system?

If this happened recent, try a system restore.
Have you installed new driver, software, or hardware ?
Have you unplugged all external devices before opening pc ?
Does it do the same in safe mode ?
Any minidumps, or blue screens recent ?

I deleted unwanted Startup items. Now it is OK.
