Screen Resolution 1920 x 1080 in xp?

I run windows xp pro. New monitor wants resolution of 1920 x 1080, but not a choice in windows xp list of resolutions. suggestions?

If your monitor has a native resolution of 1920x1080 and it is not listed as an option, then try uninstalling the graphic drivers, reboot, then install the most recent drivers for your card.
