Question Screen-shake, crashing games, and not loading properly ?

For a starter I have an rtx 4090 with an I5 13600KF, the powersupply is about 1200 watts if I remember correctly and has 16x2gb ram sticks, I know the specs are a bit all over the place but I think it might help identifying my problem.

Lately I have been playing a few games that take a lot of power to run and have had no trouble until about a week ago where games started to crash more frequently and now crashes with almost any newer titles, this problem also became a bigger issue when some of my apps started to not load properly, discord will load about 90% but will have about 10% just missing and when I hover my mouse over what is missing it loads, the same thing happens on most websites, I have fast internet so I know that isn't the issue and its also causing the screen to shake a little on a few sites such as twitter and youtube.

I have tried switching ram, making sure my cpu had enough thermal paste, completely wiping my drives and doing a fresh windows install but still the problem persists, I have tried changing monitors and moving games to different drives so I'm assuming its not an ssd fault, when games have crashed it has never crashed my whole pc so I am also assuming the power supply is not at fault, I have also had task manager running in the background and it doesn't look like anything gets bottle necked before the games crash.

If anyone has any info on a fix it would be so greatly appreciated or even just some thoughts or clues to what could cause it.

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Include PSU and disk drive(s) specs.

As a starting point, look in Reliability History/Monitor for any error codes, warnings, or informational events being captured just before or at the time of the described problems.

Any given error (or other relevant entry) can be clicked to obtain more details. The details may or may not be helpful.

Do bear in mind that just because the PSU is (?) 1200 watts that does not exclude the PSU from being a potential suspect. If the PSU is lower tier the PSU may simply (for whatever reason) be unable to keep up with changes in power demands.

More needs to be known.

Motherboard: Z790 AORUS ELITE AX DDR4
GPU: MSI - GeForce RTX 4090 GAMING X TRIO 24G
CPU: 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-13600KF
Ram: Kingston FURY Beast 32GB (2x16GB) 3200MHz DDR4
PSU: CORSAIR RMX Series (2021), RM1000x, 1000 Watt, Gold, Fully Modular Power Supply, Black (Compatible with RTX 4000series GPU and PCIE 5.0)
my friend installed the psu with some additional cables to make it work with the 4090, Im not sure how that works

My SSD with windows: kingston SA400S37120G
My SSD with most of my games: PNY CS2140 2TB

Hopefully I haven't forgotten anything important
Also I have tried changing the GPU with my old 2070 and it seems like the problem is still occuring so I am hoping its not the graphics or the powersupply

Seems like?
The problem is still the same? Like Discord not loading before crashing, etc.?

Did the cables your friend used come with the Corsair PSU?
Can you ask your friend for help?

Full PC specs please. I'm particularly interested in the PSU, motherboard and RAM.

Also, are you using some XMP profile for the RAM?

For the first part, most smaller apps like discord and google chrome, etc will just not load completely correctly. Most games have been crashing I also played doom eternal and at first when I tried to play it the screen was completely black and then when I tried to play it windowed borderless it would work but the lighting effects were messed up and would make me clip out of the map almost instantly everytime I tried to move.

For the PSU parts yes all the parts were from the original box, as far as I'm aware there isn't any extra external cables that were needed
