screen tearing help

i get screen tearing above and below 60fps and my moniter is 60hz

ive tried nvidia vsync on all setting and vsync settings in game and a variation of both.

im probably missing something but i need help this problem is killing me.

Which graphics card are you using?

Nvidia driver is up to date?

Gtx 750ti 2gb and its all up to date drivers

use DDU uninstaller in safe mode and reinstall nvidia.com Drivers without Geforce experience

Okay i installed that DDU thing and uninstalled geforce gtx experience but im not really noticing it in games, it will take time to notice if it actually fixed.

But there is still tearing on youtube

hardware acceleration is enabled in the browser or flash plugin/flash player?

i turned off hardware acceleration but there was still tearing and no flash things that i seen

Your resolution is 1920x1080 and refresh rate @60Hz is set in windows for sure?

How is the monitor connected to the 750ti? VGA/DVI/HDMI?

Try the CPU graphics unit

also check your HDD with the WD tool lifeguard
