Hello everyone,
I have been googling around for a while now and I am struggling to find a fix for my PC.
A little while a go my PC would constantly Blue Screen whenever it felt like it. Whether i was in the middle of a game or just sat on the desktop it would randomly blue screen and restart. Once it had restarted the PC would boot straight to the BIOS and show that I apparently have NO drives that I can boot off of. So I wiped the PC and this seemed to fix the issue for about 2-3 days. I then then replaced the SSD that is in my PC and that worked for a few months so I thought that this issue had been fixed.
A few weeks ago I decided to boot up some DayZ as my friends were playing that at the time and it worked fine for a few days and then it started blue screening again (I assumed maybe it was a mod that the server had loaded and my pc didn't agree with it), so I stopped playing that game and just assumed that it was the game and didn't think anything of it. Everything was fine up until last night, I wasnt on a game or anything i was just talking to friends in discord and it decided to blue screen again...
I thought maybe it was a one off so i rebooted the PC and googled around to find out why it had done this (I didn't find anything other than your general trouble shooting tips) and I noticed that a forum mentioned typing "sfc /scannow" into my CMD so i did this. Windows did find that there were some corrupted system files and it said that it had fixed them, around 15 seconds after completing this scan it blue screened again and took me back to the BIOS and couldnt show any drives that i could boot off of.
I have been pulling my hair out trying to find out why this is happening, I dont understand any of the error logs and dont know how to find out what they mean. Any help would be very much appreciated.
I thought posting in here would be worth a try before i start wasting money on parts that aren't broken (The PC is only 2 years old and I recently installed a 4060 TI )
Maybe useful note: The motherboard that came from amazon had 2 dead ram slots which has worked fine for nearly 2 years now.(they did refund me for the board but as i was on a budget at the time and i only had 2 ram sticks anyway so i thought that this wouldn't really matter)
