Hi. Is there anyone that can help me solve this.? I'm building a budget pc using a modded intel xeon e5450 on a gigabyte ga-g41mt-spt motherboard (which has been cut to size). It has 2 4gb ram and has an amd rx 560.
I get this problem whenever I power it up, despite things seem to be running smoothly (no beeping noises, fans are working but not gpu fan). Ive disconnected and tested some parts individually but I still get the same result.
Apparently there are other users who have a similar build but its working unlike mine

And the monitors are fine. I tested it with my surface.
