Question Screens go blank after installing Nvidia GTX 1050 GPU on Windows 10 machine

I've bought a PNY graphics card with the Nvidia GTX 1050 Ti GPU and installed it on my Windows 10 machine.
After that the screen goes blank randomly and I can't detect any errors on the event logs.

If I restart the machine, everything is ok again and it can last, or not. Sometimes days passes and it never happens, other times it happens 2 or 3 times a day.
Updating hardware drivers and operating system, even formatting machine and reinstalling everything, didn't work.

Is there any log files or diagnostic tooling that can be used to see exactly what's happening?

Those older CX models were not very good. Did you already contact PNY support to check what they say? Check for a newer BIOS for the motherboard?

I already have the BIOS updated to its latest version. Unfortunately the latest is a beta version of 2014... So I'm quite worried that has something to do with it.

Currently trying to get support from PNY.

So I was able to contact PNY and they replaced the card and sent a new one... Unfortunately the issue still persists, even with the new updates of the drivers. Currently without any ideas
