Question screw holes on aorus master z390 didn't quite align with standoffs on corsair 570x

so the top right screwhole on the aorus master z390 did not align with the top right standoff on the corsair 570x. After a while of frustration it turns out it was the preinstalled middle "alignment standoff". I removed that, and then the alignment was much better. Also the spare normal standoff didn't work either. I suspect it's because the middle standoff position on the case is levitated and is higher than other standoffs.

anyways, so if I only use 8 standoffs on the sides and nothing in the middle the top right screw hole on the master aligned much better View: https://imgur.com/a/aDCGxOq

I was also able to install all 8 screws on the 8 outside standoffs successfully View: https://imgur.com/a/pT8LGhc

so all of this is fine right? Can I just proceed with the build?

Not quite. There are similar issues reported for boards coming with preinstalled io shield.
Check:
"The rim of the case around the I/O slot is abutting the I/O shield on this preinstalled design, preventing the board from sitting as far back (towards the back of the case) as it should. The difference is small but significant (a millimeter, maybe). I didn't want to mess with the motherboard, even though I believe the design flaw lies there. After apologizing to my nice new case, I bent the bottom (if the case is on it's side) lip of the I/O slot outwards to give it a little extra room. This worked and everything lined up perfectly."

and see if working for you.

as you can see i already screwed the board in and the only adjustment i made was not using anything in the middle standoff hole. All I'm asking is if this is ok

As I said, not quite, cause you'd install a graphics card, or other PCIe components, and apply some pressure on the board, missing a supporting element in the middle.
oh well, it's just that single right top screw that had a little misalignment, every single other screw hole is aligned perfectly, so gpu shouldn't be a problem

All screw holes on board were designed with a purpose. The bending that might occur on board due to the components' weight and pressure applied when installing them might, or might not damage it. It's on you to take the risk.
like i said, if I put anything in that middle screwhole the board just won't go in, so it's not like i have a choice, if things go wrong, at least i got 3 year full warranty from Canada computers lol. To be honest a bit let down by this board, heard from reviews this is literally THE BEST z390 board especially for 9900k. But from the wobbly and straight internal usb 3.0 socket (like wtf aorus) to the holes, it's been a rough ride for me haha

Apparently, it's the i/o cut on case, not matching the preinstalled i/o shield on board (where back ports are). Adjusting a bit the rim on case might let you install the middle standoff too. Or. leave it like that, as you will probably do, and maybe there will be no issues.
