Screwed motherboard won't show display?

So I first built my PC out side the case it worked and turned on fine but when I screwed the motherboard into the case it didn't want to show the display. I then unscrewed the motherboard from the case and it started working fine and it showed the display.

I really want it to be screwed into the case what should I do?

Are you using standoffs in the correct spots in your case? If you have one or two that aren't aligned for your motherboard it could be shorting some pins on the back which would explain why it works outside of the case.
