I would like to change the colors of my scroll bars (in MS applications like
word, excel, etc) so that they are easier to see than the
Beige/slightlyDarkerThanBeige colors they default to. I tried Start =>
ControlPanel=> Display => Apperance => Advanced, but the options to change
color1 and color2 are dimmed, and that would seem to only apply to WindowsXP
windows, not application windows.
