SD card can not be accessed, HELP

4 months ago i bought kingston micro sd hc I(1) 32gig memory card. it worked perfectly fine when one day it started to delay my phone wakeup time - when i used fingerprint or button it took about 5 sec to unlock, so i searched for problem whats causing it and it turned out i had missing sd card(when i removed sd card my phone worked just fine). so i plugged in my pc with usb and it isnt showing up, the light on usb turns on and off after some time, its like it is plugged in but windows doesnt recognise/accept it, i cant do literally anything about it and it chunks up my pc.(i already had BSOD by trying to disable-enable usb drive)

any suggestions how do i fix it or get my files back?

When I have a memory card that starts messing me about I just bin it and buy a new one. Too bad about about those files but you should have backed them up.
