Is there a difference between SDRAM and PC-133? Neutron lists two otherwise identical chips as SDRAm PC-150, and plain PC-133. Is there any reason to not order 150 instead of 133 since they're the same price?

The PC-133 ram is SDRAM. Determine what speed you will be running it at and find out which one has a lower CAS rating at that frequency.

Since you don't mention CAS2 at all, they're most likely CAS3 if they're not advertised as CAS2. In that case, if they're the same in every other way except speed spec, I'd get the PC150 at the same price!
