Seagate Barracuda vs WD Caviar Black (1TB)

Hey guys, the title says it all. This is comparing the 1TB versions.

Seagate is currently $30 cheaper than the WD, and i'm wondering if theres any major difference?

Is one a lot quieter or louder than the other? Are their transfer and read speeds noticeably different?

Speed wise they are about the same, only real advantage the WD balck has is a longer warranty. Honestly, if your data is important, I wouldn't trust it to a warranty, and rather have a back up of it
