Seagate SATA III vs Samsung Spinpoint f3 SATA II

Well, My pc is:

Haf 932 case
570 gtx with accelero xtreme plus overclocked to surpass 580gtx stock levels
GA-890XA-UD3 motherboard
8gb ddr3 1333Mhz
Phenom II X4 965 stock @ 3.4 Ghz(with Vigor monsoon II LT heatsink)
Cooler master silent pro 1000watts


And the hard drive is 4 year old Hitachi HDP725032GLA360 SATA:

I feel like it's fast but I do believe the ones I'm gonna mention are faster and are 1tb versions both with 32mb cache, 1 being SATA II(spinpoint f3) and the other one SATA III(seagate).

I did some research in the past and f3 was the king.

The SATA 6GB would probably win benchmark testing but nothing that you would notice in normal use.
