[SOLVED] Second Graphic Card - Dell Studio XPS 8100?

Which low budget, basic, single display port, second graphic card to add to my Dell Studio XPS 8100. I am concerned that the BIOS maybe locked by Dell and the power for the second graphic card may not be sufficient. I need to install a third monitor and I use my desktop only for microsoft office and not for gaming. Below are the specs of my desktop.

There were scattered PCI versions of very low-end cards for a long time, but those were mostly in prebuilts and they're kinda hard to find.

The RAM doesn't really matter. Your GPU isn't rendering 3D graphics on the fly, so the it's unlikely to cause you issues.
