Hi there!

I'm looking at these used graphics card options. It would be for gaming at 1440p@60fps.
Which do you think is the best value for money?

RX 6800 (NON XT) for 275€
RX 6900 XT for 350€

I understand the most powerful is the 6900XT, but I don't know if it offers the best value.

Cheers!

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

Please list the specs to your current system like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

Either card will be a good at 1440p at 60fps but if your platform can't take advantage of the GPU, then your purchase is moot, until you decide to remedy it with another upgrade.

6900 XT sold for as low as $620, but launched with a $1000 price tag. Getting it for 350 is effectively 1/3 the price.

RX 6800 launched for $579, and you would be getting it for around half price. 6900 XT is the better bargain from that perspective.

6900 XT is 33% larger than the RX 6800.

1.33 times 275 = 365, so price/GPU, it is slightly more cost effective to buy the more expensive unit.

Main thing to look at is if you have enough power to run the 6900 XT. If you have to get a larger power supply than your cost savings disappear.

Thats a pretty good deal on both, but the 6900 XT is the slightly better deal.
