Changed MBO(SOYO sy-p4vtp) my second HD a WD 200gig cannot work.It is
formatted and used to work.When I connect it into the system the compuet
take forever to boot uo half way and then it stops. All the jumpers are set
right. Thanks

If you changed the motherboard, did you perform a Repair Installation
afterwards?
