Question Second M.2 SSD not detected anywhere

Hello
I know this question is very common but please hear me out.
I have 2 M.2 SSDs, NVMe and Non-NVMe and both are working perfect before I reinstall my windows(part of troubleshooting for issue I previously had)
Now only my first SSD is being detected and not the second one, not on BIOS, DiskManagement or Device Manager.
I'm not sure what else I missed on this and hoping someone here can help me. I appreciate any input.

Here's my build
R5 2600
Aorus B450 Elite(BIOS F50)
2x8GB 3200Mhz RAM(recently replaced due to faulty PNY RAM)
GTX 1060
500W PSU
(No other type of Drives except the two M.2)

Settings
NVME RAID mode: Disabled
APU SATA Port:Enabled
APU SATA Hot Plug: Disabled
Chipset SATA Port: Enabled

only 1 of the 2 m.2 slot work with sata ssd. did you switch it when you were troubleshooting your issue?

480GB WD Green SN350 NVMe installed on M.2 Slot 1

240GB WD Green 3D Nand SATA3 installed on Slot 2

Currently
480GB WD Green SN350 NVMe installed on M.2 Slot 1 (with Win10 OS)
240GB WD Green 3D Nand SATA3 installed on Slot 2
before I reinstall Windows 10, the 240GB is the one installed on Slot 1 with OS and NVMe is on the second slot.

that is the problem, only slot 1 work with sata type m.2
