Question Second monitor is black but 1st monitor works.

My second monitor stays black but my first monitor is working just fine. The cable is fine over tried it on another monitor and ive tried to turn the monitor on on a different pc... Also doesn't work. The weird thing is that the settings do not display on my screen when i press the button on my monitor the other buttons dont work as well. I do have a blue light when i put my pc on and my screen turns slighty lighter black. it looks like it works but is doesn't show anything...
Does anyone have any advice?

Asus stix GeForce GTX 1050ti
and a Intel core i5 4440

So the monitor doesn't work on 2 different pc? using dvi or vga?

im using dvi. ive tried it on another pc with dvi but doesn't work there either
