I fitted a new PSU a couple of days ago. Today, I went to save a file and got the message "a device that does not exist was specified". I restarted my PC and my secondary SSD (which was only 6 months old and partitioned into 3 parts) has dissappeared. C drive and an external drive are still there. Can this be caused by the PSU? The PC is a Dell Vostro 470 (2012). There was nothing wrong with the old PSU, I only changed it because I'm planning to upgrade the GPU.

I lost an SSD once (primary drive). No warning, no hardware changes, just one day I turned the PC on and it couldn't see the drive at all, not even as a secondary drive.

As above, try it in another port. Even another PC if you can. If it has died, I'd be inclined to believe it's just coincidence rather than anything to do with your new PSU unless you lose more drives.
