Question Seems like some kind of leakage can anyone explain?

Hey, I opened my laptop first time for cleaning it and saw oil/grease type of leak on it not able to wipe it off what may be the cause of this and what is this is it harmful for my laptop in long run?

That looks like thermal pads discharging their oily base. It's actually normal and you'll see that on pretty much all computers that use thermal pad solutions, even under VRM heatsinks.

so should i get it replaced or its fine, i was thinking to change thermal paste soon should i change thermal pads too?

If you ever remove any heat sink even for a minute you are supposed to change paste and pads and clean surfaces.
