It has been overclocked before but it is golden. The range i hit with it easily was 4.5 but never went any higher and only for shits and giggles. Cpu has been kept at stock speeds.

Im building my first PC, and i dont know much about building yet. With that said, im interested in the 560 ti. Is the broken fan blade a big deal? How difficult is it to fix and how much time would it take? Also are the 560 ti's loud? And would you be willing to negotiate the price?
