Seperate Boot partition and programs partition

I've bought a new m.2 ssd 120gb and i think it doesn enough for OS and programs..

Can i Only instal OS on m.2 and install the programs on seperate disk?

My rig :
Ryzen 3 1200
Msi b350m pro vh
Team elite ddr4 2x4gb
Klevv M.2 ssd 120gb
And wd blue 1tb hdd

Im so sorry if my grammar so bad, im still learning english now

Of course You can!

I think 99% of people that are using SSDs (For example smaller than 128GB / 120GB, etc.) as primary Boot Device (OS and drivers installed) have other Hard Drives for Games, Programs, Files and everything like that.

I personally have 120GB SSD for the OS, Drivers and a couple Programs.
And additionally 2x HDDs 3TB total (2TB & 1TB) for all of my Programs, Games, Videos and most importantly - Junk and old files... 😀
