Question Service Host: Network Service - Delivery Optimization

Hi there,

Recently I noticed in the Task Manger: Service Host: Network Service - Delivery Optimization - This program is permanently there with my CPU up to 30% when it is normally around 2% I have spent a long time looking on google but cannot get any answer on how to stop it.

I would be most grateful is anyone could help.

No need to immediately "do anything" - objective is to simply verify how your computer is presently configured.

Then check that configuration to what is required or expected.

Once a possible culprit is identified then, hopefully, the fix will be just a matter of a configuration change.

If not then there are other diagnostic options available. E.g., Resource Monitor and Process Explorer.

Hi,

Thanks for the link, I have already followed the advice in it and still this process keeps going. I shall try one of the other programs. It is just annoying as I can hear my PC working hard with this running, it is normally quiet.
