Question Service Host : Sysmain Sometimes Causing 50% Disk Usage

It have been happening for this past 2 weeks now where this services cause 50% disk usage for no reason then it stays for about a minute or two before it went back to normal.
Should I disable this services?

My windows is running on a ssd but i also got an Hdd for my files
