OK, so my settings menu does not work. It will pop on for about a half second then go away. I have read a lot of web sites and tried all their fixes, none worked. I tried that troubleshooter (did not find anything), tried the command prompt command, did not work. I am trying to access the settings to connect to my network but cant since the settings will not open. Any ideas how to get the settings menu to work, ideas I have not found or tried? thanks!
