Setup is starting Windows - HANGS!

pls help me,, my pc hungs.. what should i do cz when i turn it on, its until starting windows.. never continue,, and its keep on repeated frm the start until starting windows again..

1. Try to disconnect/reconnect HDD
2. Try to boot with only one RAM module at a time

Can u boot into safe mode(keep pressing F8 during BIOS start up)?
