Severe FPS drop during movement in Gameplay

Hey All

Please help

I am running:

Asus ROG Z370e
i7 8700k OC to 4.9Ghz
16GB DDR4 3466
250GB Samsung NVMe M.2
Corsair H100i V2 AIO
GTX 1060 6GB OC 2Ghz

I am running games like PUBG and BF1 and various others... games all run fine until movememnt in game where i get terrible screen tear and FPS drop from like 120+ to 45-65

Please help i cant game like this...

Temps are all fine, GPU- 63 CPU-50-/55

Have just formatted, BIOS is up to date, Software is all redownload after format

Problem persists when i take off the OC

Have also configed bios considering the volt issues etc, so volts are set at 1.315

Multi core enhancement is off- CPU and GPU work so well in 3D mark/Cinebench etc so is a game issue.

Internet is a 100mb/s Fibre line
