I ran a sfc/scannow command in cmd prompt and although it was able to find some corrupt files it was not able to repair all of them. So, i tried running it 3-4 times and then also tried running it in safe mode but everytime it gave the same message. Then, i tried running dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth command, it ran successfully and was able to repair the files but when i again ran sfc to check if the files were repaired it again gave the same error. What should I do?

Reinstall Windows. Sfc/scannow will repair anything it is able to by running it one time. If it can't do it the first time then it can't do it at all.

Everything on the C drive will be lost. The storage drive will be fine. Unplug the storage drive when installing Windows. Then plug it back in after the install.
