Question SFX cables and ATX cables

So I have a Corsair RM750 (ATX) and an SF750 (SFX). They are both from corsair. However, the cables are apparently too short in the SFX version.
Could I use the same cables? I saw a table of the compatibility but i dont quite understand it.
If they dont work and my best bet is getting cable extensions: CableMod PRO Extension Kit - buy at digitec
Would those work?

RM 2019 and SF have the same pinout. No problem to use the RM cables.
