How old is the PSU mentioned above or are you looking at a brand new unit? If so, look at a 550W higher quality PSU, from a brand like Corsair or Seasonic in order to have headroom.

The system never consumes 326w. 200w max if CPU and GPU are maxed out at the same time. The PSU is not the best but is fine for your rig. Keep it.
