Yep, two years and these will be 2000$ or at least close to it. Cheap as butter!

32" is still guite big for my table, but I think that I could sqeeze it somehow... 28" version soon? It would be guite ideal for me!

In four years these are really affordable, maybe in 400-600$.
 
Until 4k is at or below the current cost of 4 combine scaled similarly sized 1080P displays my wallet is voting no enjoy trying to pawn off your old stifled collectively sanctioned innovation on consumers just remember there is a new sucker born every day.
 
This display will be great for accountants and businesses that work with large spreadsheets.

In the meantime I look forward to some affordable consumer grade 4K monitors.
